Service Provider Agreement

Service providers who create a Gechen Muri profile agree to provide truthful information, communicate professionally, and only accept work they can complete safely and reliably.

Profile accuracy

Your name, phone number, email, service category, experience, county, area, and description must be accurate. Do not use another person's identity or documents.

Verification

Admin may request verification such as ID, driving license, certificate of good conduct, work experience, references, or other documents depending on the service category.

Professional conduct

Providers should respond clearly, arrive on time when hired, agree on work details before starting, and avoid abusive, unsafe, or dishonest behavior.

Approval status

Profiles may be pending, approved, rejected, featured, hidden, or removed. Gechen Muri may reject or remove profiles that are incomplete, fake, unsafe, or misleading.

Payments

To request a provider's contact details, clients can call 0740 232 427 or contact Gechen Muri on WhatsApp. Gechen Muri does not currently process work payments. The client and provider should agree on payment directly until a managed payment feature is introduced.
