Accounts

Clients and service providers must use real names, reachable phone numbers, and correct email addresses. Fake accounts, misleading profiles, spam, or copied identities may be removed without notice.

Service providers

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their skills, experience, service areas, documents, and availability. Drivers may be asked for license, ID, good conduct, and experience checks before approval.

Clients

Clients must post clear, lawful job requests and treat providers respectfully. Gechen Muri may remove job posts that are abusive, unsafe, misleading, or unrelated to the listed services.

Payments and contact unlocks

Some provider contacts may require a small nonrefundable unlock fee. The fee should be shown before payment. Contact details are released only after payment or admin approval is confirmed.

Safety

Gechen Muri works to improve trust, but users should still confirm identity, work details, payment terms, and location before meeting or hiring. Do not share passwords, PINs, or private payment details in messages.
