Refund Policy

Gechen Muri may charge a small nonrefundable fee to unlock a provider contact. The fee helps support verification, hosting, support, and marketplace operations.

Before payment

The client should see the unlock fee before paying. The provider phone number should remain hidden until payment is confirmed or approved by admin.

Nonrefundable unlock fees

Once a contact is unlocked, the fee is generally nonrefundable because the contact information has already been released.

Possible review cases

Admin may review a payment if the wrong amount was paid, the transaction code is invalid, the provider contact is clearly unreachable, or there was a confirmed technical error before the number was released.

No guarantee of hiring

Unlocking a contact does not guarantee that a provider will accept the job. Clients should confirm availability, cost, timing, and work details directly with the provider.
